Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any blemishes, with original tags and in their original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Final Sale Items: Clothing marked as final sale or heavily discounted during clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized Clothing: Personalized or custom-ordered clothing, including monogrammed or tailored items, is non-returnable.
- Hygiene-Related Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments or swimwear cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To get the item you want, please return the original item and, once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer exchanges for items purchased in the wrong size or color.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and keep your receipt. Ship the incorrect item back to us along with the receipt, and we’ll verify the mistake. Once confirmed, we’ll ship you the correct item that you originally ordered.

International Orders
We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer shipping for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
